This is where the huge bulls of Utah often find their way across the border into the general season areas of Colorado.
High-country hunters stay in a remote mountain cabin and hunt using horses to access the vast guide territory. Hunters in the low country get dropped off at blinds by 4WD trucks. Both are very productive elk hunts that produce good bulls.
