The fishing on Abaco is top quality and uncrowded like other islands in the region. The famous Marls on the west side of the island offer over 200 square miles of first-class bone-fishing flats which also give anglers an occasional shot at permit and tarpon in the summer. On the east side, the sandy flats at Cherokee Sound, the Bite of Ole Robinson, and more provide more great bone-fishing options, including some gorgeous white-sand wading flats and bonefish pushing into double digit weights!
On the South Side of Abaco, Sandy Point launches Delphi anglers into an extremely diverse range of flats and species. With shorter access to open water, we often encounter schools of large bonefish, triggerfish, and permit as far out as Moore’s Island and Treasure Cay.
