This camp has been run out of the same location by the same crew for well over 20 years. They focus on the overall coastal Alaskan experience of hunting big coastal bears along the shorelines of dense rainforest. Using Zodiak boats to cruise the many miles of shoreline glassing for bears, setting up on estuaries and meadows where bears are known to be found, and other tactics. The guides have always maintained an outstanding success rate on mature bears.
The camp is limited to six hunters a year. We run two hunts April 30-May 11 and May 11-21 every season with three hunters and three guides in camp each session. Tents are equipped with cots and are spacious guide tents that withstand the Alaskan weather. For a tent camp, this is very comfortable living!
Hunt cost is $26,500 plus $1,500 air charter round trip from Juneau, Alaska to camp. For the client looking to book a hunt with high odds for success, that is physically very easy, and a complete and total Alaskan experience this is the perfect hunt. Please call our office for more information and details on this hunt at 1-800-303-1304.
