This hunt is done on a deeded 23,000 acres of private lands in Western Colorado with 20,000 acres contiguous and prime elk and mule deer habitat. A newer lodge on the ranch is the HQ for hunting, complete with big screen TVs, pool table, and the comforts of home and surrounded by excellent hunting. Check your zero before hunting at the private rifle range and hunters are transported in 4wd trucks and UTVs on the ranch during their hunts.
Elk hunting is excellent and will be offered during 1st season (elk only) and 2nd season (elk/deer combo), and the rut mule deer only hunts will be offered during 3rd rifle season in mid November
All hunters are applied for the required elk and/or deer licenses as needed. While odds of drawing a deer license are very good, hunters who do not draw a deer license will need to purchase a landowner voucher in addition to their hunting package cost. And elk licenses during the deer season are sold Over the Counter, no draw required.
