SOA EXCLUSIVE - COLORADO ELK HUNT

Colorado is home to an estimated 300,000+ free ranging elk and the NW region has the highest elk densities in the state. This is where we find some of the best elk hunting in North America. And while some of the public lands have good elk hunting opportunities, the private lands in the area near Hayden offer some of the best hunting in the state. With rolling mountains covered in Aspens and Oaks, this region has phenomenal elk habitat, and limited hunting pressure means the elk stay thru the early seasons... and more roll in with the November snows, making this a world class hunt all season long.

All of our packages include meals, lodging, guides, and field care of meat and trophies. If needed, our office will get you your elk license, help coordinate travel, and do everything we can to make sure your elk hunt goes off without a hitch. All of the hunts include a 2:1 guide ratio, 1:1 guided hunts are not available on this property.

We offer September Archery and Muzzleloader Hunts... and October/November Rifle hunts. All hunts cost $9,950 plus license fees (shown below). Hunters are responsible for getting to and from Hayden, Colorado with airport transfers available from Steamboat Springs (Yampa Valley Airport).

Required Habitat Stamp: $12.15

Note: We will not be offering any Mule Deer, or Elk/Mule Deer Combination Hunts on this property for several years to allow the mule deer population to recover. While the winter of 2022-2023 did not have a bad impact on the elk... was devastating for the deer. We hope that by 2030 we will resume mule deer hunting in a limited fashion.
