We hunt private ranches in Sonora and Chihuahua for coues whitetail deer in the mountains and rolling plains which are home to solid populations of Coues Deer that will on average run between 95-115 B&C on average with 115-130 B&C sized bucks taken every season. The largest buck taken in the 2020-21 season was over 140 B&C in Chihuahua so exceptionally large bucks are possible.
4WD trucks are used to access the ranch and there are a limited number of mule deer on the ranch. In Sonora Coues Deer hunters can opt to shoot a mule deer on a trophy fee basis, incidental to their Coues Deer hunt or after they have filled their whitetail tag. There are no Mule Deer in Chihuahua.
Hunters will enjoy the home-cooked meals prepared by the cooks and everyone is friendly and works hard to help you fill your deer tag with a solid trophy. All hunters are either picked up in Chihuahua or Hermosillo at the airports or met in Nogales at the border crossing and follow the staff to the ranch.
