Located near Wellington, Utah these elk hunts are done 100% exclusively on Private lands enrolled in the State's CWMU program. Hunting on over 17,000 acres of property that is covered with Sage Brush and Aspen Trees this is a prime time area for elk hunting with dates starting in early September and running through the first week in October. The camp is a remote location with double occupancy cabins and home cooked meals. The property gets a limited number of elk tags that are booked on a first come basis each season.
This area of Utah is not known for a high population, but solid numbers and the potential for a big bull.
