At this location we are hunting on over 10,000 acres of private lands as well as thousands of acres of landlocked and adjacent BLM lands. This game rich area has incredible numbers of elk and antelope, as well as top end trophy mule deer potential. Lodging is done on the Historic family ranch from rustic cabins with home cooked meals, and the experienced guides use 4wd trucks to access the hunting areas.
The landscape varies from high country aspens to sage brush, as well as creek bottoms and irrigated alfalfa fields. The property even has some of the best Shiras moose hunting in the state for lucky hunters who draw the very limited tag each year.
ELK - We offer Archery Elk Hunts from September 1-30 each fall and then Rifle Bull Elk hunts from October 15-31
The area has a tremendous elk population and the REGION W licenses are relatively easy and predictable to draw in the Special License Pool.

MULE DEER - We offer a very, very limited number of mule deer hunts each season (4) to focus on larger than average bucks between September 15-30 each year.
This is a great combination hunt with antelope if someone has enough points to draw both licenses. The mule deer license is for Region G which has traditionally been approximately a 6 point draw.
ANTELOPE - This is an Area 89 limited draw area and the rifle season runs from September 10-October 31 each year. The antelope hunts are an easy combination hunt for either an elk or mule deer hunter, and this area has NUMBERS and TROPHY QUALITY. Antelope bucks here can reach Boone & Crockett record book size. Drawing this license usually takes approximately 9 preference points.
SHIRAS MOOSE - Moose Area 25 is a very limited draw permit that requires 26+ preference points to have a chance at obtaining the license in the annual drawing. However, for hunters with deep pockets the auction tag can be purchased for between $50,000 and $75,000 each year and the purchase price is a charitable donation to a 501(c) conservation organization.
