Trophy Whitetail Hunts
Rifle, Archery & Muzzleloader Hunts

Our most popular hunts are our trophy whitetail packages. We offer the highest quality whitetail hunts in several western states and across western Canada. We also have some mid-western hunts available in Illinois and Kansas. Hunters are amazed at the large populations of whitetail and numbers of bucks they see during their hunts. Some clients have reported seeing 700 to 1000 deer in a single day while hunting in Wyoming with our outfitters and it is not uncommon for hunters to pass up 20-30 bucks a day on quality managed western properties. We do not hunt high fenced property, only free range. Rather than exclusively hunting from treestands, our western outfitters use mule deer hunting techniques which allow them to cover more country and glass more deer, thus increasing your chances of spotting a trophy buck. Spot and stalk hunting will for western whitetails is a new and exciting change of pace for our eastern clients. Right now there are several hot spots for trophy whitetail hunting and like most people we have our favorites, where we have contracted excellent whitetail specialists to provide fully guided hunting for our clients. Listed below on this webpage are some of our favorite destinations we think you might like to hunt. If you would like more information on our trophy whitetail hunts please contact our office today.

Montana Hunts

Montana is another premium western state for quality whitetail hunting. The region around the Milk River in NE Montana holds the state's most impressive populations of deer found along timbered creek bottoms and alfalfa fields. Licenses are guaranteed through the outfitter. Archery season runs from early September though mid-October. Then rifle season runs from late October through the month of November. Our hunts are run exclusively on private lands managed for trophy deer and our outfitter is a longtime rancher in the area who run a small and professional hunting operation for us.

Idaho Hunts

Idaho offers our clients one of the most exciting and adventurous whitetail hunts in west. These hunts are conducted in November, from horseback, in the extreme wild of the Selway Wilderness. Our camps are located 6-7 hours by horseback up a remote river bottom that is well populated with whitetail deer. Hunters are guided using spot and stalk methods or treestands along well used trails are also used. In recent times our clients have taken some excellent trophies up into the 150 B&C class. To add to the adventure, during the November hunts our clients have the option of a $500 upgrade to include elk hunting with their whitetail hunt, and when the November snows push the large Selway elk herds down low, these same river bottoms provide excellent hunting for both species of game. This is a wonderful hunting experience that all hunters should experience once in their lifetime. This hunt is run by an outfitter with three generations and 65 years of experience in the same area.

Seven Day Selway Whitetail & Elk Hunt.....................................................................................$4000.00

The hunt price includes all meals, tented camp, guides, horses, and expert wilderness staff. Hunting packages do not include license fee ($128) deer tag ($235) and optional elk tag ($335) or the state sales tax. This is a super whitetail hunting area and with snow conditions the elk hunting is world class. Elk tag is an optional $375 cost but well worth the expense.

Kansas Hunts

Kansas is probably the hottest destination for whitetail hunters right now. Difficulty in obtaining licenses and the ever increasing cost of landowner licenses keeps many of the average hunters from tapping into this exceptional whitetail paradise. However, we have been able to secure some landowner licenses and each year we assist our clients in applying for the limited entry rifle, muzzleloader, and archery licenses. Hunters who are not successful in the drawing can easily be issued a landowner license. Our hunts are run by a Kansas native on over 12,000 acres of private lands leased and managed by them exclusively. In recent years they have been able to average bucks in the 135-145 class with a few larger bucks taken every year in the 160-185 class.

Five Day Archery Whitetail.................................................................................$3,100.00 + license fee $205

Five Day Rifle Whitetail......................................................................................$3,950.00 + license fee $205

Five Day Muzzleloader Whitetail..........................................................................$2,800.00 + license fee $205

License fees in the amount of $205 are sent in with each hunter's application form. If successful a license is sent to the hunter in the mail. If not successful a $200 refund is issued. When hunters are not successful in drawing a license we can issue them a landowner license for between $500 and $900 depending on the season, weapon, and the exact cost from the individual landowners. This landowner license cost is in addition to the cost of the hunt, but the $205 does not need to be repaid to the state.

Alberta Canada Hunts

Alberta is our top trophy hunting destination for whitetail hunters seeking to hunt for bucks 150-190 class. Year in and year out the success rate for our clients taking 150+ class deer is around 50% - no where else can we consistently find a whitetail hunt where close to half of the hunters kill trophy deer of this size. Our best hunts are done two to three hours north of Edmonton in quality zones with very limited permits available for non-resident hunters. Here the heavy brush country meets the newly developed agricultural lands creating ideal whitetail hunting habitat. All of our hunting packages include meals, lodging, guides, stands, and field care of meat & trophy as well as airport pickup and delivery. We offer a traditional November rifle hunt during the rut in the best areas pre-scouted for trophy bucks. We also offer archery only hunts the last two weeks of October during the pre-rut - let us know which works best for you and let our team of guides put you on the deer of a lifetime.
