The most famous red stag hunting in the world is available in New Zealand on our private estates. The outfitter running these hunts for us was voted Professional Hunter of the Year at S.C.I. in reno this past season. This is an honor that is only given to the most dedicated of professionals. His personal dedication to his clients is evident every time one of our clients comes back from a hunt. We have two red stag hunts available. The standard package (silver medal) and the trophy package (gold medal) and we do not have a sliding trophy fee scale. The hunt has one cost and you go after the biggest stag you can find. Something you do not see every day in New Zealand. And our estates are of varying degrees of physical difficulty, so everyone, regardless of age or ability, can hunt in New Zealand with our staff for the majestic red stags.

Of course no one should go to New Zealand and not hunt the famous chamois and tahr in the beautiful and scenic mountains. These challenging animals are hunted by first taking a helicopter ride to the top of the mountain where the game has been spotted. Hunters and guides are let off in the hunting area, saving quite a hike to the top of the mountain, before starting to glass the hillsides for chamois and tahr. This is another hunt where all of our clients, regardless of physical ability, can be successful through the use of the helicopter to access rugged terrain. We can have the guides take our clients into areas where they will be able to successfully hunt these wild trophies. Note: The chamois and tahr are not normally hunted on the estates. These are often free ranging wild animals in the mountains on the south island.
